POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly responsive, customer focused professional with strong time management and organizational skills to join our Human Resources team as a Recruiter. The Recruiter will execute each stage of the full-cycle recruitment process. This will include marketing available positions, sourcing, screening, selection, offer negotiation, hiring and onboarding. In this role, a heavy emphasis is placed on sourcing and recruiting top talent by using research, marketing, and networking skills. The ideal person to fill this role will need to use proactive identification of active and passive talent through innovative and creative thinking for challenging roles and difficult markets.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
· Promote the brand of Stella May Contracting and Careers with the company.
· Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to determine staffing needs.
· Source candidates through updating and managing job postings through social media and other outlets, identifying, attending appropriate job fairs, passive candidate searches, and other traditional and non-traditional resources.
· Screen resumes, interview candidates via Teams, phone, or in person; administer assessments, make recommendations for hiring, and deliver employment offers as necessary.
· Keep candidates, clients, and hiring managers throughout the recruiting and interview process.
· Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e., benefits, compensation, non-competition agreements, etc.)
· Maintain pipeline for open position.
· Carry out other duties as required.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
· Proven experience as an In-house Recruiter.
· Experience in full-cycle recruitment involving opportunity identification, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
· Experience screening and evaluating candidates through various methods (phone interviewing, writing assessments etc.)
· Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
· Familiarity with social media recruiting.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Exceptional verbal and written skills.
· Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and interact effectively with all levels of internal and external customers.
· Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
· Knowledge of fundamental HR practices and processes.
· Ability to guide and direct less experienced HR Team members and report up to HR Director on project progress, challenges, etc.
· Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS Systems.
· Versatility in Social Media, marketing, and sales.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related field, and/or equivalent experience preferred
· At least three years of related experience or six years without a degree
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/REQUIREMENTS:
· Ability to stoop, bend, and crouch as required to perform essential duties
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
