Position Summary:

Performs a wide variety of trade skills working in guestroom renovations.

Essential Functions:

• Must be able to use hand and power tools
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Troubleshoot, repair, restore, and renovate any guest room using the following trade skills: plumbing, carpentry, painting and drywall repair, HVAC, mechanical, and construction skills.

Other Responsibilities:

• Performs work related duties as assigned
• Completes work order reports

Education, experience, and Skills Required:

Minimum six months in general maintenance.

Hand and power tools

Hazardous materials such as: cleaning solvents, various acids, oils, and paints
