- Repair painting equipment
- Spray parts with quality, i.e. no voids, dry lines, runs or sags
- Sand and grit blast when needed
- Maintain safe environment
- Must know how manufacturing paint specifications apply to paint jobs.
- Must know how to use wet and dry film gauges.
- Ability to read paint instructions off blue prints.
- Must know how to stencil parts.
- Must know how to use airless paint gun.
- Able to pass Level II quality control paint test.
- Dependable; good attendance.
- Efficient with time.
- Willing to help where needed.
- Willing to work overtime as set by supervisor.
- Desire to learn intermediate painting skills.
- Eye-Hand coordination.
- Be a safe worker around hazardous chemicals.
- Able to supervise team members on an infrequent basis as needed.
- Maintain safe environment.
- Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of himself/herself or others
- Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing and able to comply with all safety laws and all of the employer’s safety policies and rules and must be willing to report safety violations and potential safety violations to appropriate supervisory or management personnel.

- Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer’s sole discretion.
- Must be available and willing to work overtime as the employer determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs.
