We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Insurance office.
Pay: $46,000- $52,000/year Bonuses Benefits

Requirements:
- Have Property & Casualty License - Preferred
- Ability to discuss accounts with customers to service accounts and make sure everything is working well for them
- Handle customer requests over the phone and in person
Responsibilities :
- Ability to discuss accounts with customers
- Working with customers to handle any questions and inquiries that need to be handled
- Support current customers by handling phone calls, transfers, claims and correspondence
- Establish positive working relationships with clients, underwriters, repair services, and the local community.
