Stefanini North America and APAC is Hiring a Deskside Technician II Near Jacksonville, FL

Provide technical support for Mac operating systems and hardware.
Install software updates and patches on Mac devices.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compatibility and integration of Mac devices with existing systems.
Document technical procedures and solutions for reference purposes.
Stay updated on the latest Mac OS trends and technologies.
Support mobile devices, printers, scanners, wireless, VPN, etc.
Maintain repairs, spare parts, and components.
Track and resolve customer incidents and requests through the client's ticketing tool
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows 11 devices
Backup, restoration, and migration of user data
Printer and peripheral device support
Inventory management of IT assets including asset auditing
Ability to research and follow appropriate KB articles
May provide Executive support
Various other tasks associated with deskside services
Other duties as assigned
What do you need to succeed?
Experience supporting Mac OS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and PC hardware.
Able to uphold a positive attitude at all times, even under stressful conditions.
Experience supporting remote facilities and users.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of professionalism and strong personal interaction skills.
Ability to perform in-depth research and troubleshooting for complex technical issues.
Ability to prioritize and complete all work tasks with minimal supervision.
Ability to walk, bend, stand for long hours, and lift equipment up to 50 pounds.
Ability and willingness to learn new technologies.
High School Diploma (required).
Proven ability to handle challenging, rapid-response user support.
Proven ability to balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks.

ITIL Foundations
Corporate Mac Support
Intune Support
2 years corporate IT experience.
Proven experience as a Mac OS Technician or similar role.
Experience troubleshooting W10 and W11.
In-depth knowledge of Mac operating systems and hardware.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with software installation and updates on Mac devices.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Certification in Mac OS or related field is a plus.
