Job Title: 3D Artist

Located in: Las Vegas, NV (this is nota remote)

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• As a 3D Artist you will be responsible for creating photorealistic 3D Visualizations both interior and exterior 
• Responsible for modeling from CAD, modeling assets, creating custom materials with textures, lighting, and rendering 
• Responsible for postproduction work on still renderings to enhance images 
• Work independently with design team in creating renderings for presentation

Requirements

Required Skills and Abilities: 

• Proficient in 3D Studio MAX, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Substance Suite, Chaos Corona Renderer
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine is a plus
• Must be able to understand CAD Drawings and basic knowledge of CAD
• Must be up to date on industry standards, trends and tools
• Candidate must have proven experience working in the architectural visualization industry
• Good understanding of photography, light, color and composition
• Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment and adhere to team standards
• Must have the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Architecture, Design or related field
