Reports To: Manufacturing Management Team

Primary Purpose: Our Soap Artists create our beautiful and unique handmade bath and beauty products. They follow recipes to ensure our product is made correctly and to our quality standards. The Soap Artist has an eye for detail and is able to work with small, delicate pieces.
Salary: $15/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce our handmade products with care and attention
• Ability to measure ingredients accurately and promptly
• Managing raw materials
• Demonstrate the ability to produce products with speed and accuracy
• Following all safety and health procedures, and wearing all required PPE
• Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining workspaces
• Operating machinery, tools, and equipment
• Participate in a work environment that constantly tries to improve processes and create new product

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail
• Well-organized
• Can stand for long periods of time (8 hours)
• Can work with and around caustic chemicals
• Can lift 50 pounds
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Passion for all things creative
• Demonstrate punctuality and a camera-ready appearance to promote our brand at any time
• Availability to work full-time, 5 days a week (8-hour days), including holidays
