The Funding Specialist I for Steel Lending Group is responsible for customer service and day-to-day funding and administrative tasks for Steel Lending Group’s customers and auto dealers.
Time Commitment: This job requires full-time, in office availability, during normal business hours. Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Non-Exempt position, hourly wage
Reports to: Office Manager
Back up person: Office Manager or their designee
Work location: In-Office

The Funding Specialist I will assist and be the backup for many tasks associated with funding loans to include but not limited to:
While Steel Lending Group anticipates it will receive loan inquires direct from borrowers on occasion, most Steel Lending Group’s loans are referred from Oregon and Nevada Auto dealers. Steel Lending Group will deploy a digital and online strategy to raise the profile of their business and products to the automobile industry but is aware that most business comes from personal relationships built with dealers directly.
Assist with the quarterly and annual reporting requirements related to all investment platforms as required by state and federal regulators and as necessary for the company’s professional accounting and legal advisors and Fund partners
Perform all duties with a priority on the protection of the company, its officers, and investors.
