**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Counter Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and possess knowledge in Structural Steel and retail sales. This is an in person postition Monday- Friday 8am- 4:30pm
Being Fluent in Spanish is a huge plus
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries and purchases
- Operate computer systems and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain inventory control and restock shelves as needed
- Utilize POS systems to process orders and payments
- Provide information on automotive products and services
- Answer phone calls and address customer concerns professionally
**Experience:**
- Experience in retail sales
- Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems
- Knowledge of inventory control practices
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of market trends to drive sales
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.26 - $20.40 per hour
