Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients in the transportation and logistics industry. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the transportation and logistics industry
- Conduct sales calls and negotiations to secure new accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Requirements:
- Proven experience in transportation sales or logistics sales
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Self-motivated with a drive for achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in sales management is a plus
