Position

As a Scientist/Senior scientist in the experimental proteomics group, you will play a vital role in our multidisciplinary team alongside highly skilled scientists with expertise in immunology and oncology, as well as proteomics data generation and analysis, using state-of-the-art instrumentation. The group’s responsibilities include unraveling the drug-mechanisms of actions, identifying biomarkers, and generating decision-enabling data for therapeutic programs.

About You

You are excited by cell engineering and primary immune cell and oncology models, detail-oriented, and can adopt to innovative proteomics methods. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited to collaborate in a multidisciplinary group and serve as a subject-matter/ biology disease expert.

What You'll Do and Learn

• Design proteomics experiments, collect data, analyze results.
• Be a representative/ point of contact within therapeutic programs.
• Establish primary immune cell isolation methods, immune cell-tumor co-culture systems, and perform CRISPR-based cell engineering protocols.
• Analyze and present scientific findings at internal group meetings. Provide scientific insights and propose follow-up experiments.
• Contribute to scientific publications, patents, and presentations that disseminate research findings both internally and externally.

Desired Qualifications

• BS with 5 years of industrial experience or Ph.D in molecular biology, immunology, oncology, or proteomics-related fields.
• Experience executing proteomics experiments, individually or collaboratively with a desire to learn sample preparation methods.
• Experience in primary immune cell isolation from PBMCs and in vitro differentiation of primary immune cell types.
• Experience in flow cytometry-based assays.
• Knowledge in organoid and tumor-immune cell co-culture systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment, fostering cooperation and knowledge-sharing among team members.
