About this Position:

Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, the Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for system maintenance for sales systems including, but not limited to Salesforce Sales Cloud, Hubspot Pro, ChiliPiper, and DealHub.

The ideal candidate will be looking for an opportunity to expand their experience and responsibility within a growing organization.

*This is a remote position based in the US. Hybrid opportunities are available if the candidate is located in the Washington, DC region.*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to the following): 

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION

  • Responsible for the maintenance of data integrity within the company’s salesforce and hubspot environment.
  • Creation and deployment of new custom apps, objects, fields, workflows, views, and other customizations within the Salesforce and Hubspot environment.
  • Deployment of integrations from/to other technology platforms used across the company.
  • Responsible for oversight of processes and reporting on the conformity across departments to those processes.
  • Ensure that proper Change Management principles are followed in managing deployments.
  • Responsible for maintaining user security permissions within the various systems.
  • Develop and update process documentation as business requirements change.

CRM STRATEGY

  • Work interdepartmentally to find where tools, processes and systems can solve real-world business problems within the organization.
  • Work closely with business users throughout the company to understand their business needs and translate those into technical requirements.
  • Be an advocate for automation and integration as well as “best practice” solutions.

DATA MANAGEMENT

  • Manage and execute on data integration processes using best practices.
  • Work with key stakeholders to strategize on data architecture and automation for continued growth of the industry market knowledge captured in the sales tools.

USER SUPPORT & TRAINING

  • Train and mentor all internal user departments in reporting and dashboards creation and usage.
  • Create and maintain Reports for key stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing support to users, assist in research, and follow up on user requests.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience managing highly customized Salesforce environments.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred.
  • Literacy and/or proficiency in VisualForce, APEX, Java, HTML, and/or JavaScript is preferred.
  • Passion for creating a frictionless end user experience.
  • Ability to innovate upon existing processes in order to create greater efficiency.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Experience managing projects across multiple teams within the organization.
  • Highly organized.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
