We are looking for front office/night audit representatives who will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome.

Responsibilities

• Covering audit/front desk shifts
• Ensure timely and accurate customer service
• Ensure all brand compliance requirements are met
• Troubleshoot emergencies
• Monitor all guest issues for resolution

• Weekly and daily reports
• Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met
• Monitor hotel email and respond to guest inquiries as necessary

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Front Office Associate/Night Auditor
• Proficiency in English (oral and written)

• Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Cash handling ability
• Problem-solving skills
• Opera proficiency is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
