Duties and Responsibilities (essential duties are italicized)
1. Production line operation – 100% of the time
The duties described above are not inclusive. Additional duties may be permanently assigned or required from time to time due to the need to respond to customer needs and remain competitive in the marketplace.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
1. Basic computer usage including mouse.
2. Ability to read and understand work instructions and maintenance manuals.
3. Ability to perform basic addition and subtraction.
4. Ability to visually inspect required coding, product labeling, and finished goods to identify defects and to match products with the appropriate packaging.
5. Ability to meet physical demands of the job which include, but are not limited to: sitting, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, and walking for extended periods of time on a concrete floor, and occasionally lifting and carrying items which may weigh up to 25 pounds. Requires 95% of time standing and using hands to pull and fill boxes.
6. Must be available for overtime work as needed, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
$16.28/hour plus additional opportunity to increase hourly rate with incentive KPI bonus. Merit increases available annually.
