Station Dental Group is Hiring a Dental Office Manager Near Wheat Ridge, CO

We're looking for an Office Manager to join and lead our Wheat Ridge team. This is a busy office with multiple doctors. The OM is responsible for overseeing general administrative functions, ensuring an outstanding patient experience, providing collaborative and supportive team leadership, and driving overall practice growth and success.

Prior dental management experience working in an office supporting both administrative and clinical teams is preferred. You will greet visitors and should present an accessible and approachable tone and have excellent communication skills and professional appearance. You have a healthy initiative, an intense drive for success, and can anticipate the needs of your team and patients. An enthusiastic, hungry and humble attitude is required!

Responsibilities: 

  • Leadership – consistent meetings with staff, co-workers, and providers to discuss areas of opportunity, training, coaching, accountability, and support needs. Lead monthly training with the team.
  • Management – Organize office events, meetings, and conferences. Supervise, monitor and delegate work to other team members as needed. Ensure all assigned or delegated tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Respond to correspondence, complaints and inquiries.
  • Task-Orientation – Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed including answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents. Strongly organized task management and prioritization skills are a must.

Requirements:

  • Previous dental experience preferred
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
