States HR Staffing is Hiring a Quality Control Specialist Near Cartersville, GA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team. As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. This is a critical role in our organization, as it directly impacts the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

We are a PACKAGING company, we package food products, such as chips, drinks, snacks, etc

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards

- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance and quality control processes, including incoming materials inspection, in-process inspections, and final product inspections

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain effective QA/QC programs

- Utilize project management skills to coordinate and prioritize quality control activities

- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements

- Lead investigations into product non-conformances or customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures

- Develop and deliver training programs on quality control procedures and best practices

- Ensure compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines

Experience:

- Proven experience in quality control within a manufacturing, packaging, or production environment

- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations

- Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions

- Proficient in analyzing data and using statistical tools for quality analysis

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform thorough quality inspections

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
