Our company is seeking an Assistant Manager with excellent organizational and managerial skills to help lead our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong knowledge of the RV industry, excellent time management capabilities and enjoys working in a fast-paced, yet fun environment. We're looking for a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the manager in various business operations.
• Be knowledgeable of all assigned responsibilities.
• Open and close store.
• Supervise and direct employees.
• Communicate with and resolve customer-related issues using proper communication techniques.
• Advise the manager and provide recommendations for new business initiatives that are beneficial for the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
