The Facilities Manager is responsible for maintenance of the Physical Plant systems of the theater’s building and equipment to ensure it is functional and meets all safety requirements, including MEP, seating, lighting in the front of house, displays, and HVAC. The Facilities Manager will be actively involved in the planning and scheduling of vendors and services, as well as performing maintenance as required.
Reports To: Vice President of Theatre Operations
Classification: Exempt, Full Time
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 (Dependent Upon Experience)
