Job Responsibilities

The Department of Mental Health is a drug-free workplace. All candidates will be required to pass a mandatory pre-employment drug test.
This position is located at 2100 Charlie Hall Boulevard, Charleston, SC 29414.
Under limited supervision the Administrative Coordinator will assist the 988 Lifeline Back Up Call Center. Responsibilities will include administrative support to 988, MC Call Center, Mobile Crisis, and TCSC. Ensures time sheets for all programs are accurate and timely. Responsible for 988 and Crisis Call Center data collection and troubleshooting technical issues.
Coordinates with managers and trainers to ensure all training requirements are completed and tracked. Needs to be experienced using Excel and preferably Access.
Complies with all DMH/CDMHC policies and protocols, applicable Quality Assurance, Corporate Compliance and Cultural Competence policies, procedures and regulations and all Federal and State laws as well as attend all trainings classified mandatory by Federal and State regulations.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

State : A high school diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a high school diploma.
Agency : A minimum of a High School Diploma and one (1) year responsible clerical or administrative experience.
