What We Need YOU To Do:

The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency wants you to be our newest administrative professional at our Northwest District Office in Bowling Green.

Let’s paint a picture of the day-to-day.

As administrative professional, you will be responsible for records maintenance and electronic records initiatives. You’ll work with all district program areas, while providing secretarial support as needed. You’ll perform office file maintenance, routine filing of agency documents, purging, scanning, document tracking, consolidation, and creating files for the filing systems. Along with this, you’ll pull and manage files for public records requests.

Additionally, you’ll perform administrative and clerical duties, like typing reports and correspondence, answering the front desk phone, distributing mail, and working on special projects as necessary.

You’ll be assisting with responding to inquiries and requests for information from the public, obtaining copies of records and information as requested.

Qualifications
