Office of Administration/Division of Personnel has transformed its approach to end-to-end talent management to better serve the citizens of Missouri. We are committed to recruiting, retaining, and training top talent across our ~46,000-employee enterprise. To help move this effort forward, we are looking for a professional to help deliver a recruiting program for the State of Missouri.
We’re looking to fill the role of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Specialist within the Office of Administration Talent Acquisition team. The focus of this position will support full cycle recruitment, focusing on technical support and high school partnerships. The state of Missouri is a great place to build a career in public service and highlighting that during student career exploration is key! The right candidate will be able to successfully work with a variety of people; from students and educators to hiring managers and general MO Careers clients. The selected individual will also be responsible to help support the general help desk and support for our MO Careers online application platform and onboarding framework. The position is fast-paced with a lot of details to manage all at once. The right person will thrive in a newly developed environment as we continue to build our modern recruitment approach for not only OA but the entire State of Missouri. We have fun and work hard – we are looking for someone comfortable enough to jump in, roll up their sleeves, and be awesome.

Minimum qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business administration or a similar field, or three to five years of professional experience in talent acquisition or human resources. Additional education and/or experience may substitute for these qualifications.
