Job Location: This position will be located at 205 Jefferson St., Jefferson City, MO 65101.

What you’ll do:

• Provide operational and logical support to the child care relief funds section.
• Attend regular check-in meetings with contractors and colleagues.
• Prepare and review meeting minutes from various meetings with contractor and colleagues.
• Proofread various documents (e.g. applications for funds, invoices for payment).
• Track the activities for multiple concurrent projects funded by child care relief funds.
• Assist with generating and tracking payments for child care relief funds to providers and contractors.
• Assist with the collection of data for federal reporting requirements.

All you need for success:

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or High School Equivalency.
• Three years of experience in clerical, secretarial, financial or a related field. May include post-secondary training.
