Salary Range: $31,200 - $34,000 annually

What you will do:

• In-state travel arrangements for all department staff
• Assist with Out of State Travel arrangements
• Reconcile credit card statement
• Work with caterers to order food, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed, for department meetings
• Reserve off site meeting spaces
• Work in MissouriBUYS

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience (Substitutions may be allowed).

Desired Attributes

• Knowledge of governmental purchasing procedures and statutes
• Skill in reviewing technical documents
• Understanding of mathematical concepts
• Telephone Etiquette
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in SharePoint
