Job Location: This position will be located at 101 N Chestnut St., Jefferson City, MO 65101.
Do you have a passion for laboratory science and want to be part of a cutting edge state-of-the-art laboratory that performs critical clinical and environmental public health testing? Then this might be the position for you. You will apply your diverse understanding of science, laboratory operations/testing, management, regulatory compliance and fiscal knowledge to support programs within the Missouri State Public Health Laboratory (MSPHL) where over seven million analyses are conducted each year. You will act as a representative of the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) on the state and national level and work with key local, state, and federal agencies on diverse and cutting edge testing and information technology all while supporting a new multi-agency One Health Laboratory Campus to be fully constructed by 2026.
