Job duties:

This position will provide advanced clerical, technical, and administrative support to the various activities and functions of the Division of Developmental Disabilities. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, making travel arrangements, taking minutes, providing technical expertise, creating publications/presentations, and participating in phone coverage rotation. Additional responsibilities include specialized program area assignments to include supporting Division of Developmental Disabilities’ Federal Programs Unit, such as assisting with assigning, terminating and tracking Medicaid Waiver slots.

Required skills:

The successful incumbent must be able to function with a high degree of autonomy and demonstrate a strong organizational and data management skill set and be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Publisher. Familiarity with Microsoft Access preferred.
