State of Missouri is Hiring an Administrative Support Assistant part time Near Farmington, MO

Job Location: This position will be located at our Weber Road location in Farmington, MO

All you need for success as an Administrative Support Assistant is:

  • Knowledge of processes and procedures applicable to assigned area.
  • Skill in the operation of office equipment.
  • Ability to organize work assignments.
  • Ability to provide guidance
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
  • Please note that documentation that supports your eligibility (i.e. transcripts, employment records, etc.) may be required at any time during the application and hiring process. Other duties include but are not limited to:

  • Utilizing Microsoft Word programs (outlook, word, excel), as well as Web-Ex, Zoom, Adobe Acrobat.
  • Track information for NGRI clients on conditional release, including setting up electronic files within databases to track REJIS reports, Sex Offender Registrations and Notifications, Victim Notifications, Conditions of Release Court Documents and Renewal Dates, as well as physical locations (changes of address letter to the Court and update in CIMOR) and providers treating clients.
  • Communicate regularly with Forensic Case Monitors to assist in obtaining physician letters and documentations needed for extensions and amendments to conditions of release; and notify Forensic Case Monitors of deadlines for renewals and amendments of conditions of release.
  • Assist Forensic Case Monitors by setting up meetings as necessary, electronic and paper fillings, coordination and tracking of clients, progress notes, review of documentation, complete monthly reports for clients, monthly expense reports for the monitors, submitting travel requests for clients, answering, transferring, and taking messages for Forensic Case Monitors office phones, as well as completing any additional needs for the forensic case monitors.
  • Attend forensic case monitor meetings as necessary and quarterly support staff meetings.
  • Work with Office of General Counsel to ensure documentation is obtained and provided.
  • Obtain REJIS training and certification, as well as maintain it.
  • Report to Director of Forensic Services, and participate in monthly supervision with the Director of Forensic Services.
