The Enterprise Workplace Violence and Emergency Preparedness Manager plays a key role leading the State’s efforts to promote a safe and engaged workforce. The State of Minnesota aspires to be a place where all people are free from threats and acts of violence. State employees provide a diverse array of important services to the people of Minnesota across many different facilities, geographic locations, and work schedules. It is important to strategically and intentionally plan for preventing threats and acts of violence against State employees in advance, as well as being prepared to respond to and recover from those acts of violence which do occur.
The Enterprise Workplace Violence and Emergency Preparedness Manager will engage state agencies and other partners in developing or enhancing their workplace violence prevention and response programming. This position:
