Under general supervision this person oversees and reviews the accuracy of electronic transmissions of daily reports, cash receipts, reconciles reports of state exam stations and deputy agencies. Assists deputies with corrections on daily reports and keeps detailed records of deputy dishonored payments, accounting spreadsheets and outstanding reports and deposits. This position maintains relationships and acts as a resource with deputy registrar, Department of Finance, Minnesota Management & Budget, and DPS Finance, in resolving complex questions regarding this program area.

Physical Requirements
Requires occasionally moving and transporting such articles as file boxes and heavy hand tools or heavier materials with help from others, and moving and transporting light objects frequently. Even though the weights being moved and transported may be negligible amount, a job in this category may require positioning self to move to a significant degree or may involve maintaining a stationary position for extended periods.
