Example of Duties:
The Licensing and Registration Manager will provide leadership, oversee, and manage the Licensing program and professional licensing staff for the Health Professions Bureau of the Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses. This program supports the licensure work on behalf of the Boards, Commissions, and Committees in the Health Professions Bureau of the Division. The licensing responsibilities include ensuring that the licensure processes meet regulatory requirements, are efficient and timely, provide clear instructions and guidance to the applicants, and protect the public per the mission of each board. In addition, the Licensing and Registration Program Manager will ensure appropriate communication between the boards and stakeholders, state government, and the public. This position may be required to serve as an Executive Officer to assigned boards or commissions.
