The Idaho Department of Water Resources (IDWR) is offering an exciting opportunity for an individual to impact water management in Idaho. The position is in the Hydrology Section and is based at the state office in Boise, Idaho. It is open to electronic or radio technicians who have knowledge and experience in planning, installing, and maintaining telemetered data collection sites.
The selected individual will work with a team responsible for implementing the State of Idaho's water resource programs and initiatives on behalf of IDWR. At IDWR, employees enjoy autonomy, work-life balance, some fieldwork, and a professional yet relaxed environment.

Minimum Qualifications
Typically gained by a bachelor’s degree in engineering or physical science with 2 years of experience, or an associate degree in applied science (electronics) with 5 years of experience, or military radio training with 5 years of experience.
