Serves as Attorney to the Georgia Education Savings Authority (GESA). Under limited supervision, provides advice, counsel, support and technical assistance to the executive management and staff of the Authority. Serves as Authority liaison for legal and regulatory compliance, and maintains working knowledge of all applicable laws, statutes, etc., both state and federal, governing the operation of the Authority. Serves as legal advisor to the Authority’s Board and prepares proceedings, as necessary. Reports to the Vice President of the Georgia Education Savings Authority.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Salary will be commensurate with the qualifications of the selected applicant.
All selected applicants may be subject to a criminal background investigation and the highest level of education indicated will be verified before final approval to begin work. Applicants have the right to challenge the contents of any criminal history record obtained for the purpose of employment with GSFC.
