This position is located in the Operations Unit of DCSS that works with out of state agencies to establish and enforces child support orders. The incumbent will also work with members of the Department of Justice and Family Court in DE and other states. Duties: will have contact with the customer, face-to-face, via phone, e-mail, in court, or in the office setting, perform research and case management via various databases, such as, the Delaware Automated Child Support System, and other governmental automated systems.

Criminal background check: A satisfactory criminal background check is required as a condition of hire. The recruiting agency may require the applicant to pay for the criminal background check as part of the conditional offer of hire.
