Duties:
- Manage and supervise the nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in complex patient cases
- Conduct regular meetings with the nursing team to address concerns, provide education, and promote professional development
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information, including medical history, treatments, and medications
- Oversee discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients leaving the healthcare facility
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in nursing practices and technologies
Requirements:
