Requirements:

• A career-minded approach . We are growing and we want Sales Producers to grow with us and be challenged!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Obtain a Property & Casualty license (We will guide you!)
• Obtain a Life & Health license. (We will guide you!)
• Pass a state background check.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Showing your clients how awesome you are by advising them on how to best protect their families using State Farm’s world-famous products and customer service.
• You will cold call, warm call, ask for referrals, network in the community, and build your brand within the agency.
• Meet & exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Developing your knowledge of how to best protect your clients, help your coworkers and add your energy to our already amazing office.
