JOB GRADE 12: $61,397.42 - $76,746.78 Targeted Annual Salary

JOB SUMMARY:
The Branch Manager's job is to make a profit for the branch. This is done by leading, coaching and mentoring staff to achieve branch goals, by developing a sales and service culture in the branch and providing a high level of service so the credit union gains a good reputation in the community. (Must be in current position 24 months.)
