The Supervisor Funds Transfer is responsible for ensuring all tasks associated with processing incoming and outgoing domestic and international wire transactions are performed, whether personally or by other Wire Processor staff, in a timely, highly accurate and efficient manner; the annual valuation of outgoing wires processed approximates $330,000.00. The Supervisor Funds Transfer is also responsible for ensuring all associated tasks are performed, whether personally or by other Wire Processor staff, according to established procedures which meet existing regulatory requirements, particularly those governed by BSA and OFAC regulations.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

1.Minimum three years' customer service experience in a financial institution, with at least two years’ experience as a Wire Processor, preferred

2.Associates Degree or equivalent experience

3.Demonstrated organizational and time management skills

4.Demonstrated resourcefulness and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail

5.Demonstrated ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, and to exercise sound judgment

6.Professional phone manner and ability to handle delicate situations with tact and diplomacy

7.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with attention to grammar and composition

8.Ability to work accurately with numbers 

9.Ability to work independently and regularly meet deadlines with minimum supervision

10.Ability to effectively interact with junior Wire Processors to ensure all associated tasks are performed and wire requests are accurately processed to meet established deadlines

11.Accurate typing with reasonable speed

12.Ability to use office equipment, such as computer, printer, typewriter, calculator, telephone, photocopier, facsimile machine and scanner

13.Knowledge of computers and experience using Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro.
