We are currently seeking a full-time Member Service Representative (MSR)/Teller to join our branch. The role of the branch MSR/Teller is to assist members, and potential members, with their Credit Union needs to include describing current products and services, setting up new accounts and responding to members’ questions. This position requires working in the Member Services area and on the Teller Line on a rotating basis as needed.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Minimum of 1-year teller experience or 1-year of customer service experience including cash handling and sales
- Ability to work fast and accurately with numbers
- Ability to solve arithmetic and mathematical reasoning problems
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience working with Windows and Microsoft Office programs on a PC
