- Every month you will earn 8 hours of vacation and 8 hours of sick time that can be used after 90 days of employment. On your 5-year anniversary, earn 40 additional vacation hours each year.

- Operates phone system to receive/forward incoming calls.
- Assists Nurses / Practitioners with administrative duties.
- Locates records in patient EHR.
- Obtains laboratory results
- Obtains controlled substance reports through FL PMP (E-Forsce)
- Prepares charts daily Advises nursing staff if Treatment Plan, Treatment Plan Review are due.
- Assists with Insurance verification, prescriptions and benefit administration.
- Manage Trackers
- Performs other duties as assigned/required.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalence
- One (1) Year of patient registration experience or enrollment in a nursing (RN, MA Program) or eligibility to sit for certification exam within 14 months of hire
