We are seeking a Therapist to join our MAT (medication assisted treatment) team!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides screenings, assessments, diagnosing, groups, and individual counseling that reflects the recovery model
- Maintain individual information within an electronic health record system - including SMART notes, clinical treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, transfer / discharge summaries, work with the MAT treatment team to ensure best practices.
- Serve as Primary Clinician for a revolving caseload.
- Educate individuals in all aspects of treatment, corresponding health issues and steps to recovery.
- Obtain urine drug screen as part of the recovery process
Qualifications:
- Florida LMHC/LMFT/MCAP/CAP- licensed or license eligible in the state of Florida
- Master's degree in the field of addiction, counseling, social work, psychology, or related human services field.
