Responsibilities :

  • Preserve confidential candidate information
  • Schedule and arrange in-person and virtual interviews
  • Prepare and convey time-sensitive offer documentation
  • Maintain important recruiting data in the ATS
  • Express professional communication skills at all times
  • Work within a fast-paced and high-volume environment

Required Qualifications :

  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • 1 years of experience as a coordination / administrative role in a high-volume, fast-paced professional work environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality
  • Well-versed with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work both independently and in team-based environments
  • Confirmed performance track record by discussing metrics and success stories
  • Excellent references from previous supervisors

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Direct recruiting coordinator experience in a talent acquisition department
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Have excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Self-starter with great work ethic and a high level of attention to detail
