We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, positive individual with a passion for creating high-quality menu items and an exceptional knowledge of food safety and sanitation. The ideal candidate is a responsible individual who can lead and manage a kitchen/restaurant staff and oversee all back of house operations.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience
- Kitchen Experience
- Proven track record in managing COGS and labor
- ServSafe certified or able to complete certification
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays
- Manage all food and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Lead team by attracting, recruiting, and training
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement
