Plant Manager Wanted: Cultivate Success with a Rock-Solid Company!

We’re seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead, nurture and inspire our manufacturing team to greater heights while cultivating success. As a Plant Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. You will ensure smooth production and drive efficiency while upholding safety standards.

Role and Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership: Nurture and inspire our manufacturing team. Cultivate a positive work culture where growth is not just about profit but also about personal development.
  • Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, including manufacturing, assembly, and quality control. Ensure our precision granite products meet or exceed industry standards. Your goal is to meet production targets efficiently and cost-effectively, develop staff and lead your team to future success.
  • Inventory Management: Work with our Purchasing department to keep a keen eye on inventory levels, ensuring we have the right mix of raw materials, tools, and finished products. Striving to reduce any shortages.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage budgets, allocate resources wisely, and find creative ways to optimize costs without compromising quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Set high standards for product quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Safety First: Be a member of our Safety Team and help ensure compliance with safety protocols. Drive our successful safety protocol throughout the plant.

Qualifications:

To flourish in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: A BS degree and 5 years in plant management or related experience.
  • Technical Acumen: A deep understanding of precision manufacturing processes, especially in granite and related materials.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in leading a team through change. Ability to manage, motivate and guide our highly skilled team.
  • Problem-Solving: Developed tools for solving problems. Quick thinking when faced with unexpected challenges.
  • Communication: Clear communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Perks:

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. Salary range of $110,000-$130,000 and performance-based incentive potential to make up to 30% of your annual wage.
