STARmed America is Hiring a Regional Manager Medical Device Near Chicago, IL

**Regional Manager Duties and Responsibilities**

- Develop and execute strategies for business growth in key market segments.

- Lead business development activities and sales growth opportunities.

- Able to coach and mentor sales reps/clinical specialist

- Promote a strong teamwork focused culture

- Recommend marketing plans for new products.

- Monitor new markets and trends.

- Analyze competitor technology and market positions.

- Recommend new products and technologies.

- Propose long-term objectives and investments.

- Manage strategic customer relationships.

- Cultivate relationships with key accounts.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor’s Degree.

- 5 years of combined sales and management experience.

- Proven track record of sustained sales growth.

- Excellent people management skills/experience

- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

- Preferred relationships with Radiologists, Endocrinologists, and/or General Surgeons.

- Permanent US work authorization required. (no sponsorship is available for this position)

**Key Competencies / Skills**

- Familiarity with medical device sales process.

- Fluency in medical terminology.

- Experience supporting clinical procedures.

- Methodical follow-through on customer requests.

- Ability to provide clear instructions to medical staff.

- Persistence in pursuing sales opportunities.

- Strong communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Strong organizational skills.

- Proficiency in Google, Microsoft, Adobe, and DropBox.

- Basic understanding of economics: match expenses to anticipated returns to maximize profitability, obtaining supervisors’ approval when applicable.

- Understanding of ISO13485 and HIPPA.

- Proficient in spoken and written English.

**Additional Notes**

- Travel expected weekly for procedures, representative field rides, demonstrations, and trade shows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
