We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team at Starlite Family Entertainment Center. As a Full Time Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of entertainment operations and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including staffing, scheduling, and training of the staff
- Coordinate and oversee events, ensuring they are executed smoothly and according to plan
- Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly
Experience:
- Proven experience in managing family entertainment operations in a hospitality or similar setting
- Strong background in events management, including execution, and evaluation
- Excellent shift management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering an outstanding guest experience
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in Guest Services is preferred
- Must have your own reliable transportation
