Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be compassionate and committed to serving those impacted by mental health and addictive disorders. Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop and implement patient care/treatment plans
- Administer treatments including prescribing psychotropic medications, medication-assisted therapy (MAT), and providing psychotherapeutic interventions and modalities.
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records
- Collaboration with physician and other healthcare professionals

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
