Stardust Building Supplies is Hiring a Deconstruction Scheduling/Coordinator Near Mesa, AZ

We are seeking a qualified Deconstruction Scheduler/Coordinator to assist prospective donors and gather needed information for deconstruction job scheduling, providing excellent customer service. The individual will coordinate department activities and support deconstruction teams and field supervisor ensuring effective communication and tracking of Stardust assets. In addition, the person in this position will support Stardust Triple R certification program and further develop our online, paperless donation scheduling, job tracking and receipt system.

Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and promote Stardust’s brand and valuable services that have resulted in more than 80 million pounds of reusable building materials diverted from the waste stream. Highly skilled at administration, scheduling, logistics and business operations, this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.

As our Deconstruction Scheduler/Coordinator you will

· Talk with prospective deconstruction clients about the deconstruction process and how to schedule the work.

· Execute deconstruction scheduling from initial phone call or email to scheduling the deconstruction job for our team.

· Take a lead role in the development of our online scheduling system to ensure streamlined service for all deconstruction clients.

· Steward existing Triple R Certified general contractors and vendors to ensure they receive maximum value and positive experience form this program.

· Complete quality control checks and seek feedback from deconstruction clients on their experience with Stardust.

· Assist in customer service support for deconstruction teams.

· Track performance, and report metrics on deconstruction services

You are detail oriented, task driven and have an inquisitive nature. You care deeply and want to develop the role based on our vision. You view learning and becoming an expert in our online scheduling program as a personal challenge and accept the task with enthusiasm.

Skills and Qualifications

· Successful track record in communication and customer service, ideally in the construction, remodeling or related industry.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English language proficiency required.

· Working experience with documented administrative experience.

· Proficiency with computer programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook.

· Proven ability to plan and manage resources.

· Naturally outgoing and not timid on the phone

Compensation & Benefits

· Starting wage: $20-22 per hour.

· Monday through Friday schedule working part time for 5 6-hour shifts or full time working 8 hours per day.

· In-person at Stardust Mesa Reuse Center office.

· Paid sick and vacation time.
