Job Description:

Starcrest Restoration is seeking an Operations Manager / Business Developer to join our team and take charge of driving new business opportunities while overseeing and managing general business operations. We offer extensive training, a competitive starting salary, and the potential for substantial earnings within a few years.

Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and strategic partnerships.
Operational Oversight: Actively work in and manage day-to-day business operations while ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
Team Leadership: Motivate a team as you lead by example while providing guidance, coaching, and support to elevate the people around you and in turn, achieve your personal and company goals.
Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction by delivering prompt, top-notch service.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Should be a self starter with a "Get It Done" attitude.
Proven experience in operations management and business development.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of contents restoration industry is a plus but not required; extensive training will be provided.

Benefits:

Starting base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
Profit sharing and performance-based incentives provide the opportunity to reap the benefit of your work and increase compensation SIGNIFICANTLY!
2 weeks paid vacation.
