Job Description:
Starcrest Restoration and Commercial Services is seeking an Operations Manager / Business Developer to join our team and take charge of driving new business opportunities while overseeing and managing general business operations. We offer extensive training, a competitive starting salary, and the potential for substantial earnings within a few years.
Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and strategic partnerships.
Operational Oversight: Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve company goals.
Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and work to optimize the financial performance of the business.
Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction by delivering top-notch services.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in operations management and business development.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of contents restoration industry is a plus but not required; extensive training will be provided.
Benefits:
Starting base salary of $80,000 per year.
Profit sharing and performance-based incentives with the potential to earn.
$150,000 - $200,000 annually within three years.
2 weeks paid vacation.
IRA retirement fund with a 3% company match.
