Partnering with the leaders of the initiative to drive and evolve the governance to accelerate decision-making and bring more transparency to all work within the initiative.
Leading the initiative delivery to ensure timely execution and momentum is maintained to drive outcomes ensuring annual targets are being achieved
Drive alignment, transparency, and consistency across the organization on performance metrics and progress to targets ensuring alignment for Enterprise C Level Reporting
Provide oversight across workstreams to ensure duplicate savings are addressed and dependencies are being managed appropriately and efficiently.
Partner with leadership to help develop and build a cost-savings mindset into day-to-day operations for the technology organization
Autonomously and appropriately apply Program and Project management knowledge, processes, skills, tools and technique
We'd love to hear from people with:
8 years of application of industry-based project management methodologies and tools
8 years leading complex large-scale technology projects.
6 years building, leading, and mentoring teams including PMs and senior PMs.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills within multiple complex environments and teams who may have diverse viewpoints and need states.
Talented in building strong relationships, quickly, with a variety of different thinkers and functions.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, challenge the status quo to create solutions that haven't existed before, and manage through a multitude of differing opinions and passions.
Masterful facilitation skills; ability to adapt approach to different types of engagement
Ability to engage in difficult conversations that result in positive, actionable outcomes and drive decision-making that favors compromise and alignment over consensus building
