Transparency represents an incredible opportunity to raise retail industry standards around authenticity, product transparency, and supply chain tracking. Transparency is a strategic new software-as-a-service launched by Amazon for the global consumer goods industry. We are focused on building a global industry wide standard that allows consumer brands to track and trace goods through the supply chain, ensure only authentic product enters the supply chain, and provide consumers transparent information about the origin and authenticity of the goods they purchase both online and in retail stores. Our customers include individual consumer brands who sell both on and off of Amazon direct and through a network of direct and third-party sellers. The Role: We are looking to hire a Manager of program managers to help setup and scale new programs, launch new product features, scale operations and drive process improvements for Transparency. This role will require the candidate to work closely with product management, business development, software teams and our other internal Amazon operations teams (fulfillment center operations and seller support operations). This role is also expected to influence product definition and program strategy. This role will have to manage a small team of program managers. Your Responsibilities include:
Work closely with product management, engineering, business development and brand support teams to define programs and processes that help scale Transparency program
Define and own metrics to measure operational performance of the brand support team
Identify and run programs for improvement of operational performance
Influence Product roadmap: Bring insight from client interactions and work with product team to influence product vision and priorities
Resolve any operational issues faced by brands as they engage with the program
Work closely with other Amazon operational teams (fulfillment center operations, seller support, product quality incident management) to investigate and resolve issues faced by brands
Own initiatives for training WW business development and operations teams
Guide and mentor other program managers on an ongoing basis

The base pay for this position ranges from $101,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,300/year in our highest geographic market.
